We are proud to announce that the Oak Grove Board of Alderman has approved a Master Service Agreement with Powell CWM.
This agreement will allow Powell CWM to continue providing Oak Grove with Engineering and Land Surveying Services.
Powell CWM has provided design services for the Bent Oak Sewer Main Extension, White Road Bridge structural analysis, waterline extensions, and construction staking. In addition to design and land surveying services, Powell CWM provides the City Staff plan review services for construction documents and subdivision platting.
The latest contract that has been awarded is to prepare a Street Master Plan, our team will perform an assessment of the conditions of all streets within the city limits. The street assessment will provide the City with the information necessary to develop a long-term street maintenance and improvement plan. Our team will delineate areas where no work is currently needed, preventative maintenance areas (crack sealing, surface sealing, etc.), resurface areas (micro surfacing, chip sealing, cape sealing, etc.), rehabilitation areas (overlay, mill and overlay, etc.), and reconstruction areas (full depth reclamation, removal and replacement).
