We started in 2005 as Powell and Associates, becoming the lead provider of professional land surveying and mapping services. From there, Powell and Associates purchased Crowley, Wade, and Milstead, founded in 1952, creating Powell CWM, Inc. in 2016. This union combined the highly complementary practice strengths of both firms, allowing us to provide a broader scope of services to our clients.
