What you are great at:
- Proven design and technical skills
- Strong experience in preparing construction documents
- Thorough understanding and knowledge of zoning codes, design standards and approval processes related to civil engineering
- Knowledge of various civil engineering projects
- Your jam is using critical thinking skills and the ability to carry out design concepts to realization
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to meet deadlines and provide high quality designs
- Perform hydraulics and hydrology modeling
What you have already achieved:
- Proven Residential Engineering Design
- Accredited Engineering Degree
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- Proficient in Civil 3D

Responsibilities:
- Creating and executing project work plans;
- Delegating working assignments to team members;
- Managing day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope;
- Effectively applying our methodologies and enforce project standards;
- Performing reviews and quality assurance procedures;
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must be a licensed Professional Land Surveyor;
- AutoCAD experience required;
- The ability to manage both field and office operations;
- The ability to manage multiple projects across a wide variety of surveying facets;
- Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work in a team environment;
- Have strong communication skills and the ability to quickly adopt company standards;

Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from a standard high school or possession of a G.E.D. Certification;
- Possession and maintenance of a valid Driver License;
- The ability to obtain OSHA 10 safety training;
- Demonstrate the ability to work with co-workers and managers;
- Excellent communication skills;
- The ability to work in various kinds of weather;
- The ability to quickly adopt company standards and practices;
- Position requires work Monday through Friday with occasional travel;
- Perform other duties as assigned.
