Powell CWM

Our Culture

Join our growing team

As one of the few woman-owned companies in the fields of Architecture, Engineering and Surveying we know what it means to truly be a family friendly culture because we live it every day. Combine that with our tech-forward approach to projects and long-term client relationships and you’ll find a welcoming environment to grow both personally and professionally.

What do our clients say?

"Because of their common sense approach, high-tech equipment, understanding of budgets, timely scheduling, professionalism, and understanding of all trades in the construction industry, Powell CWM has become a key partner in our world of construction."
Bart Fisher
Senior Project Manager & Chief Estimator at KAT Excavation
"I have worked with Powell on several development and construction projects, and my experience doing business with them has always been an enjoyable one. The Powell team does much of the work on the front end of a project which is critical to its success and never fails to deliver in the quality of service that they provide. They have continually approached my projects with proficiency, and the level of responsiveness they offer during those crucial times is reassuring. They are not only capable, but also down to earth and incredibly easy to work with."
Justin Larkin
President JW Larkin Properties
"Several years ago Powell was recommended by several DOT and municipal clients as a land surveying firm who performs and delivers quality work, on schedule, and in a cost effective way. We have since worked on several projects together and they have completely lived up to the recommendations. Their quality and responsiveness have solidified a great working relationship, and we look forward to continuing this partnership for years to come."
Chip Touzinsky
Missouri Transportation Team Leader/Senior Project Manager at Garver
