You will work alongside an experienced ownership team, and other highly motivated professionals, who enjoy their job and working with each other. Job Responsibilities:
- Creating and executing project work plans.
- Delegating working assignments to team members.
- Managing day-to-day operation aspects of a project and scope.
- Effectively applying our methodologies and enforcing project standards.
- Performing quality assurance procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Necessary Credentials:
- Must be a licensed Professional Land Surveyor.
- AutoCAD experience is required.
- The ability to manage both field and office operations.
- The ability to manage multiple projects across a wide variety of surveying facets.
- Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work in a team environment.
- Proven ability to work with co-workers and managers.
- Requires little supervision, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to adopt company standards quickly.
- Must be able to withstand the elements of the outdoors and dress appropriately
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to pass background clearances for government jobs and have a clean driving record.

Land Survey Field Technician
Job Description:
- Complete all field operations for a variety of surveying projects, including topographic surveys, boundary surveys, transportation surveys, and construction layouts.
- The ability to obtain OSHA 10 safety training.

- Possession and maintenance of a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to pass background clearances for government jobs and have a clean driving record.
- Positions require work Monday through Friday with occasional travel.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Project Civil Engineer

About the Role:
As a Project Civil Engineer, you will work closely with an experienced ownership team and other highly motivated engineers. You’ll have access to high-tech equipment and gadgets to complete projects. Additionally, this role has you using your design and technical skills, as well as your knowledge of zoning codes, design standards, and approval processes related to civil engineering. You’ll face a fast-paced environment where critical thinking skills and the ability to carry out design concepts to realization are crucial. Throughout this role, trust, communication, and commitment are nonnegotiable, as we ensure every employee is set up to succeed.
Necessary Credentials:
- Licensed Professional Civil Engineer in MO & KS (PE)
- Proven Residential Engineering Design
- Accredited Engineering Degree
- Proficient in Civil 3D
